1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ccv6 website accessible at ccv6.io, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to ccv6, the operator of the Platform.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by You on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in Your Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to Your Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
• "Payment Method" means any mobile financial service (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank transfer channel accepted by the Platform for deposits and withdrawals.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by ccv6 before processing withdrawals or approving promotional credits.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the official time zone used for all Platform timestamps and transaction records.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between You and ccv6. By completing the registration process and creating an Account, or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms, You confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions contained herein.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ccv6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between You and ccv6.

If You are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or if You do not have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law, You are not permitted to use the Platform.

3 Eligibility

Use of the ccv6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout Your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under 21.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law at the time of placing any Wager.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ccv6 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ccv6 or any of its affiliated game providers.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the ccv6 Platform, You must create an Account by completing the registration form at ccv6.io/ccv6-login. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ccv6 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void outstanding Wagers, and withhold any pending withdrawals where duplicate Accounts are identified.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ccv6 may at any time, and will always do so before processing a withdrawal request exceeding ৳10,000 or before crediting a significant bonus, require You to complete a KYC verification process. You may be asked to submit:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months;
• Proof of ownership of the Payment Method used for deposits.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by ccv6 may result in temporary Account restriction until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your ccv6 Login credentials confidential. You must not share your password with any third party. ccv6 strongly recommends enabling OTP-based two-factor authentication, available from within your Account settings. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in will be attributed to You, regardless of whether You personally initiated that activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ccv6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ccv6 does not accept deposits from foreign currency accounts or international payment cards.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although ccv6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation for deposits that, in aggregate, exceed ৳50,000 within any rolling 30-day period.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to MFS wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1 to 6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. ccv6 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals; however, your Payment Method provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which ccv6 accepts no liability.

5.4 Own-Name Payment Requirement

You may only deposit from and withdraw to a Payment Method registered in your own legal name. Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party Payment Methods are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party payment is identified, ccv6 reserves the right to return the funds to the originating source and suspend the Account pending investigation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on ccv6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence. ccv6 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or human input error, regardless of whether the event has since been settled.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games — including slots, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and live dealer titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified live game feeds from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game results are final once recorded by the Platform's system. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours BST of the relevant game round.

6.3 Disconnections & Technical Faults

ccv6 shall not be liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, power outages, or device failures on your end during an active Wager. Where a technical fault on ccv6's servers demonstrably causes an error in game outcome or odds, ccv6 will investigate and resolve the matter at its sole discretion. The outcome of such investigations is final.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ccv6 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, which will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds have an expiry period. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from the Account without notice.
• ccv6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances require it.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or collusion with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccv6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in evading a suspension or ban.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, vulnerabilities, or bugs in the Platform's software; any winnings generated from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ccv6 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ccv6 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ccv6 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from ccv6.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ccv6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ccv6's total aggregate liability to You for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by You to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ccv6 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data

ccv6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ccv6.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ccv6 uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, transaction processing, identity and age verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. ccv6 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers.

12 Responsible Gaming

ccv6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players from within the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts in BDT.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders or enforced session endings after a defined period of play.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications that display your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to [email protected] will be processed within 24 hours BST.

13 Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ccv6 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your registered Payment Method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification being complete.

ccv6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, without prior notice, if ccv6 reasonably determines that You have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon termination of your Account for breach, ccv6 may, at its discretion, void outstanding Wagers and forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the Account. Real-money Balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or financial crime is suspected.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ccv6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ccv6 will notify registered players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If You do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the ccv6 customer support process may be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
